Access
The residence is on the second floor and is reached by stairs only; there is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable carrying luggage and beach gear up one flight.
Parking
Two designated guest spaces are available behind the building. Exact arrival and parking instructions are shared before check-in.
Village rhythm
The home is above active local businesses, so normal daytime downtown sounds are part of the setting. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Registered guests only. No parties, smoking, or vaping. Pets may be considered only with written approval before the stay.
